We've all been educated to follow, and that's shaped our idea of leadership. When our leadership is supposed to help others grow as leaders, we need to do two things: give them space, and know a lot about growing, so that we're available for help. Olaf will talk about how to show up so that we create contexts where more leadership emerges.
